Refund Policy

Return:

We are running the 100% Free 30-day Return & Refund Policy. You could request a free return within 30 days of receiving your purchased goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you receive it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

For Damages and Quality issues:

Our products are covered by a quality guarantee. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong items. We would review your request asap and send you the replacement if applicable.

For Free Return:

We offer a free return policy for the products you are not satisfied with. You just need to raise the request within 30 days of receiving your purchased goods. If your request is accepted, please send back the goods to our warehouse. We would check the goods and refund you if applicable in 3 working days.


For Free Exchanges:

We offer a free exchange policy. You just need to raise the request within 30 days of receiving your purchased goods. If your request is accepted, please send back the goods to our warehouse. To ensure you receive the replacement asap, we would send it out immediately when your request is accepted.

For Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and pet care goods (such as hair beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in 3 working days via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
